Are there any size limits for the reports I can upload?

Each individual file uploaded MUST be no more than 20 MB. (Although your account may have remaining upload space, we must limit the size of each file to ensure reasonable upload and download times.)
Here are some ideas if you need to upload a file larger than 20 MB:
- Use a program like WinZip to zip up the file, creating a smaller file.
- Break the file up into several smaller files.
- If your file has high resolution images, try converting them to lower resolution jpg’s before uploading.
Please ONLY click the Upload File button once.
After clicking the Upload File button, the screen may go blank as the contents of the file are uploaded to our server. Depending on the size of the file and your connection speed, the screen may remain blank for several minutes. Please be patient and do not attempt stop the upload or hit the back button.
